"Local competitor" means any retailer having a store in Fresno, Madera, or Tulare County, which regularly stocks the item, and whose price includes assembly, servicing, and any freight charges. This Price Guarantee applies only to brand new, first class power equipment, purchased and delivered at the store. It does not apply to closeouts or liquidations where the competitor will no longer stock the item after the sale.
